- Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within ±7 business days.
- Shipping rates for any other delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. International Shipping

- Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

2.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- EA Sunscape is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

- EA Sunscape is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Ensure that you retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claims process.
